| dc.description.abstract | In the study of the growth of the Lebesgue means of entire or meromorphic func- tions—especially in relation to the counting functions of their zeros and poles—a key factor is the behavior of their Fourier coefficients. This thesis develops the prop- erties of these coefficients and uses them to obtain sharp estimates on the growth of Lebesgue mean. | |
