We present the Moments and Counts Matching Algorithm (MCMA), an algorithm that fits a 2-Phase Markovian Arrival Process MAP(2), to a non-renewal point process. In this research, we define a MAP(2) with its parameters, and we justify our choice of a MAP(2)
