Abstract
Testicular tumours are increasing in incidence, especially in developed countries. This incidence increases specifically in the subpopulation of infertile men. This case highlights a young man incidentally diagnosed with a subcentimetric testicular lesion, who was discovered to have concomitant azoospermia. The authors review management strategies in this challenging case, as treatment options for men with infertility and concomitant testicular tumours vary from men who are fertile. Level of evidence: Not applicable for this multicentre audit. © British Association of Urological Surgeons 2021.
