Hail and Ride

Abstract

Hail and Ride is a bilingual guide and instruction manual to make commuting more pleasurable in Lebanon. The guide allows to understand the specificities of the Lebanese public transport system and highlights its unique experience. It provides with formal and informal instructions. The guide is divided into three main sections: Buses, Vans and Services. Each of the three sections will contain several instructions, directions and guidelines that will facilitate commuting in Lebanon and aims is to leverage the system and make it more accessible. Each section also contains testimonies shared by passengers that tell the stories of different drivers.
