Analyzing Climate Change Impact and Adaptation for Mediterranean Trails and Community: Final Report

Abstract

​​​​​This report recaps the methodology and findings of a research project conducted collectively by AUB-NCC and Agency RED for the Med Trails Network. The technical assistance aimed to analyze the impacts of climate change on community-based tourism and identify applicable adaptation measures. The primary focus of the study was the long-distance hiking trails in Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine, with an in-depth case study in Baskinta, Ajloun, and Jericho respectively.
