Abstract

“Maaroub in south Lebanon has historically been known for its recreational open public spaces that have now disappeared, it is also known for having an abundance publically owned lands that are either being illegally urbanized/intervened on, or neglected/abandoned. The Project aims to transform Maaroub into an ecological and recreational hub by making uses of these publically owned lands”.
