The Knowledge to Policy (K2P) Center is a knowledge management platform that bridges the gap between science, policy, and politics. K2P produces policy-relevant research, synthesizes and makes research evidence more accessible to a broader range of stakeholders; builds institutional capacities for evidence-informed policymaking; and seizes opportunities to advocate and influence policy outcomes. The World Health Organization (WHO) has re-designated the Knowledge to Policy-K2P-Center as a WHO Collaborating Center for Evidence-Informed Policy and Practice for a third term.
