dc.description.abstract The effect of TNF-alpha was studied on the Na+-K+ ATPase and Na+K +2Cl- cotransporter in HepG2 cells. TNF-alpha had no effect on the Na+K+2Cl- cot ransporter in HepG2 cells, but exerted a dual opposite effect on the Na+-K+ ATP ase that was time-dependent.
