dc.description.abstract Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) is still viewed in many cases in the region as a western concept that does not apply to the Middle East. This report hopes to promote the understanding of CE in the region by investigating CE in two Lebanese companies with the aim to understand whether size and age of the company is going to affect CE levels and consequently job satisfaction levels in the two companies. The two companies are both located in Halat-Lebanon and belong to INDEVCO group which is a Lebanese international manufacturing group. CE is also investigated in relation to the seniority of the managers and finally the relation between CE and job satisfaction is examined. A questionnaire was passed to first-level and middle level managers of the two companies to develop scores for CE perception and job satisfaction. After that descriptive statistics and t-testing on the means of the scores were performed to determine whether there are statistical differences between the groups selected. Results showed that CE levels and job satisfaction levels in the two companies were the same and therefore not affected by size and age. Seniority level also had no impact yet satisfaction levels were greatly affected by the difference in CE perceptions. These results are in line with the most prevalent research on CE in US and Europe. These results should encourage businesses to adopt strategies that include CE management in it, not only because it heightens job satisfaction levels but also because results indicate that as in the west, CE is beneficial for better performance and the longevity of the business, more so for manufacturing firms.
