dc.description.abstract Heating, ventilation and air conditioning for people are the control of temperature, humidity, air movement and air cleanliness to achieve human thermal comfort. Air conditioning systems can be categorized according to the means by which the controllable cooling is accomplished in the conditioned space. Till now PI-PID (Proportional integral - Proportional integral derivative) controllers are very efficient in commercial buildings to keep the parameters (temperature, pressure and flow rate) in an acceptable range. This study shows the way that a good control system can distribute the load to multizones and provide comfort to the occupant. And good HVAC control help to reduce energy consumption. This study concentrates on PI (proportional Integral) control of Dual-Duct systems. The dual-duct system employs two air ducts to supply cold air and warm air to a mixing terminal unit which proportions the cold and warm air in response to a thermostat located in the conditioned space. The system is well suited to provide temperature control for individual spaces or zones. But in this study a new type of Dual-Duct system will be shown. Simulations will help validating and analyzing the energy of an HVAC system.
